Licensing:

Q. How are the products licensed?
A
. Scans are currently licensed either per AAC installation or per concurrent user.

Q. I have bought my product - how do I get a license?
A.
You need to register on www.youraccario.com and forward your logon ID to your reseller or Accario, we will then generate your license key which will be avaialble to download when you logon to www.youraccario.com.

Q. Can I resell your products?
A
. Yes, please click partner program here.

Costs

Q. How much do the products cost?
A. Pricing is avaiable from an Accario Partner or please email us.

Q. Help! I have a problem. Where do I go?
A.
First stop is the support forum, If you are a registered customer then sign-in to access private support, otherwise checkout the public forum. If you can't find an answer there, or it's an urgent question then please email us at support@accario.com.

EPdetect Anti-Virus

Q. Why wouldn't I use the Citrix provided scans?
A. Citrix only provide a limited number of AV scans with the product. These cover the top 4 AV vendors but leave a lot of other products unsupported. EPdetect is the only AV scan for Citrix Access Gateway advanced that will check for 40+ AV products and derivatives, find out if they are running and if they are up-to date.

Q. How do I find out what anti-virus products EPdetect Anti Virus will look for?
A.

Q. I can't find my AV product on the list, can you add it to the product?
A. Yes. This may take weeks (or depending upon the amount of work to be done, a small number of months) to complete. Please contact us with details of your implementation.

Q. What happens when my AV is updated?
A. We receive regular updates approximately every 6 weeks to allow for changes to the product set. We incorporate these changes into the EPdetect scan and then notify the registered customers that a new version is available for download. As a registered customer you will find out what is changing in the product and decide when you need to apply your next update.
